Job summary

Talentify in Columbus, GA is seeking a Wellness Support Associate to assist the Wellness Director with maintaining resident medication and medical records, and to support administrative duties for the facility.

This on-site role requires CPR/First Aid certification, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position includes front desk support, orientation for new hires, and periodic on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have High School Diploma.
• Must have CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Must have a satisfactory criminal record check and a physical exam by a licensed physician; must pass a negative drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Director with checking in new cycles of medications every 14 days.
• Maintain Med Carts (PRN’s, Creams) every 2 weeks.
• Daily check of Medication reorder sheet.
• Ordering Oxygen & Oxygen supplies.
• Weekly MAR Audits and communicate results to Wellness Director.
• Fax orders to Pharmacy and document changes in MAR after doctor visits.
• Assist Front Desk with greeting guests, vendors and deliveries.
• Conduct Orientation for New Hires and schedule CEU classes.
• Track CPR/First Aid Certification and assist with employee file audits.
• Take On-Call 1 weekend per month and assist with tours as needed.
