Job summary

Marquis Companies is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Resident Care Manager (RCM) for our Oregon facilities. You will coordinate resident assessments (MDS) and ensure care plans meet current regulations, working with physicians, care teams and families.

As an RCM you’ll supervise care through the Charge Nurse, CNAs and Medication Nurse, delivering high-quality life-enhancing care for residents. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2–3 years experience as an RN is required.
• RNs with long-term care experience and Nurse Supervisor experience are encouraged to apply.

As aResident Care Manager (RCM)your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the implementation of CAAs. Your role will include coordination with Physicians, healthcare providers, facility inter-disciplinary teams, families and manage care through the Charge Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Nurse to best meet the quality of life and care of your residents. This facility currently uses an electronic medical records and electronic charting system. Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years experience working as an RN is required.
• RNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.
