Marquis Companies is seeking a Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN for an October start. The RN will oversee resident assessments (MDS) and collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.

Proficiency with EMR charting is required and prior nurse supervision in long-term care is preferred. You will support the care team through ongoing training and effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders to optimize resident well‑being in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate state with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2–3 years experience working as an RN is required.
• Long‑term care experience and nurse supervisor roles encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate the development and completion of resident assessments (MDS) per current rules and guidelines.
• Coordinate with physicians, healthcare providers, and facility inter-disciplinary teams; work with families to manage care.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse, CNAs, and Medication Nurse to meet residents' quality of life and care; utilize EMR system.

As aResident Care Manager (RCM) your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the implementation of CAAs. Your role will include coordination with Physicians, healthcare providers, facility inter-disciplinary teams, families and manage care through the Charge Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Nurse to best meet the quality of life and care of your residents. This facility currently uses an electronic medical records and electronic charting system. Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years experience working as an RN is required.
• RNs with some long‑term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.
