Job summary

Marquis Companies is seeking an MDS Nurse–RN to conduct and coordinate resident MDS assessments in accordance with current rules and guidelines. The role covers two SNF facilities, Marquis Wilsonville and Marquis Hope Village (Canby), with on-site rotating days and collaboration with care staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will possess an active RN license, 2–3 years of RN experience, and preferably MDS experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2–3 years experience working as an RN is required.
• MDS experience recommended, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate the development and completion of resident MDS assessments.
• Coordinate with direct care staff, residents/families, physicians, and inter-disciplinary teams during MDS processes.
• Rotate between Marquis Wilsonville and Marquis Hope Village (Canby) on site to cover MDS duties.

As a MDS Nurse RN,your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the completionof CAAsand Care Planning. Thisrole willcover 2 of our SNF facilities, on site on rotating days- Marquis Wilsonville and Marquis Hope Village(Canby). It willinclude coordination withDirect care staff, residents/families,Physicians, healthcare providersand facility inter-disciplinary teams- as you complete the assigned MDS assessments.

Qualifications
