Responsibilities

• Comply with Community policies and nursing department procedures.
• Administer catheterization, dressings, blood draws and routine nursing tasks.
• Complete and file charting and documentation accurately and descriptively.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold safety practices.
