Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid LPN or RN license in good standing.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with the Community’s personnel, safety, and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Report abuse/neglect to the Executive Director. Treat residents, families, visitors, and staff with dignity and respect.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
  • Report to work on time and as scheduled.
  • Monitor compliance with policies pertaining to total patient care and adhere to state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor staff compliance with regulations including infection control and resident rights.
  • Assist residents with admission and ensure compliance with state/federal requirements.
  • Assist with Negotiated Service Agreements and communicate with families about fulfillment.
  • Participate in staff selection and orientation; coordinate with physicians and pharmacy.
