Job summary

Highgate Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to guide care across the Manor and Cottage, leading Care Partners and coordinating with families and leadership to deliver thoughtful, consistent support aligned with Highgate standards.

You will create individualized service plans, oversee resident assessments, and ensure compliance with licensing. Strong dementia knowledge and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain team records and compliance with policies.
• Facilitate family meetings and respond to concerns.
• Collaborate with department heads on care needs.
• Support dementia-informed programming and resident well-being.
• Monitor budgets and supplies while ensuring compliance.
