Manor Lake Hamilton Mill is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to lead the Memory Care program, supervise staff and volunteers, and partner with families to deliver person-centered care for residents with dementia. The role emphasizes policy development, staff training, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

The position requires licensure in Georgia, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Experience in memory care is preferred.
• 2 years of geriatric care experience required or preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Background screening as per law.

Mansioni

• Recruit, hire, onboard, schedule, supervise, train, and retain Memory Care staff.
• Develop and maintain care policies and procedures with leadership.
• Implement quality improvement programs and address state survey deficiencies.
• Provide education on dementia care and ongoing staff development.
• Maintain a person-centered Memory Care program and therapeutic activities.
• Lead Memory Care meetings and participate in sales-related activities when needed.
• Coordinate pre-admission screening and care-planning with residents and families.
