Job summary

The Carriages is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to provide direct resident care and support the Director of Nursing. The role oversees onboarding, training, scheduling, and day-to-day oversight of non-licensed staff including CNAs and medication techs.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate high standards of customer service, professionalism, and clear communication, while respecting resident independence and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA, Medical Assistant, or Medication Technician certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with elderly populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and training of non-licensed clinical staff.
• Assist in interviewing new staff and maintain staff schedules.
• Train and mentor new clinical staff and assist with documentation.
• Support nursing leadership and participate in care conferences as appropriate.
• Provide direct resident care with professionalism and confidentiality.
