Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation, and must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Pass ice, water, and distribute snacks to residents.
• Assist with passing and retrieval of meal trays and help clean dining areas.
• Make unoccupied beds and change bed linens.
• Organize residents' drawers and closets and label personal items.
• Organize shower rooms and utility rooms and monitor inventory.
• Provide 1:1 attention to cognitively impaired residents.
• Deliver residents' mail and transport wheelchair-bound residents.
• Respond to call lights promptly and maintain professional behavior.
• Assist in evacuation of patients and maintain regular attendance.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
