Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Hospitality Aide in Charlottesville, VA. The role supports caregivers, greets residents, answers calls, and carries out assigned tasks to promote safety and comfort on a designated shift.

As a Hospitality Aide, you will assist with daily living activities, communicate clearly in English, and pursue CNA program enrollment to advance in the caregiving career path. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
• Must be currently enrolled or planning to enroll in the CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and answer the telephone and inquiries.
• Provide supportive service assisting caregivers and attending to residents' physical needs.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain standards of practice.
