• Must possess a valid RMA certification or LPN/RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Models a business philosophy that treats every resident and family member as a personal customer.
• Responsible for the retention of residents in the community.
• Ensures provision of services to the residents and ensures compliance with Federal and State policies.
• Oversees training programs for direct care staff and conducts staff orientation.
• Maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information and report non-compliance as needed.
