Job summary

Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC is seeking a Resident Care Director to oversee the assisted living community and partner with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure top-quality resident care.

Requirements include an active NC RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years in a supervisory healthcare role. This full-time role offers a 8:30a–5:00p schedule, on-call duties, and a salary of $65,000–$70,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.

• Shifts Needed: 8:30a - 5:00p
