Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Resident Care Director for Franklin Manor Assisted Living Center in Youngsville, NC. You will oversee the overall management and success of the community, ensuring the highest quality of care for every resident.

You will work closely with the Executive Director and Medical Director to align care with facility standards. Must hold an active RN or LPN license and CPR certification; supervisory experience in long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.
• Previous ALF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community.
• The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.
