Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group's Franklin Manor Assisted Living Center in Youngsville, NC is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Director to oversee the community's nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will partner with the Executive Director and Medical Director to align clinical and operational goals while supporting a caring team.

Ideal candidates hold an RN or LPN license in North Carolina, have CPR certification, and bring at least two years of supervisory experience in

• Must possess current RN or LPN license in the state you work.
• Active CPR certification by an AHA-approved provider.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing community or related healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.
• Previous ALF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and success of the assisted living community.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure highest quality resident care.
• Lead nursing staff and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Support staff development and implement resident-centered care initiatives.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.
• Previous ALF experience preferred.
