Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence and elevate resident health and wellness. You will oversee nursing care programs, assess residents, and coordinate with physicians to maintain high-quality outcomes.

As a key clinical leader, you will drive QAPI initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff performance, and partner with operations to support move-ins and service quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team and care programs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee ISPs.
• Monitor condition changes and coordinate with physicians.
• Oversee medication management and infection control.
• Act as CLIA and Infection Control leader when applicable.
• Drive QAPI initiatives to improve quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state nursing regulations.
• Recruit, hire, and manage performance of clinical staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental budget.
• Collaborate with Sales to assess move-in suitability.

Pay Range:

93,808.00 - 129,584.00
