Qualifikationen

• 2 years (Preferred) experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care.

Aufgaben

• Supervise caregiving to residents ensuring dignity and independence.
• Supervise resident care staff, monitor performance, conduct evaluations, coaching and corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate training and education of resident care staff; verify hours and schedules to meet resident needs and budget.
• Monitor medication administration, perform audits of medication sheets, and assist in medication management.
• Assist Health and Wellness Director with medication management and records; ensure proper storage and documentation.
• Observe health status, address concerns within scope of practice, report significant changes to Health and Wellness Director.
• Notify families and coordinate physician, dental or eye appointments as needed.
• Organize and participate in service plan reviews with care team and residents’ families.
• Maintain resident records, MAR reviews, and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and on-call duties.
• Support in community functions and family communications.
