Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator Lead to organize and monitor resident care needs, schedule staff, and maintain accurate clinical records. You will support the Director of Health & Wellness, oversee medication processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across shifts.

The role emphasizes training new team members, managing physician orders, and coordinating transportation and visits.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Medication Tech/Aid certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience caring for seniors is an asset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a care setting.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate resident care needs and schedule, maintaining logs and physician orders.
• Perform daily filing and ensure records are complete, dated, and signed.
• Oversee medication administration processes and staff training as needed.
• Train new care staff to comply with policies and regulations.
• Assist Director of Health & Wellness and supervise during shifts when required.
• Participate in duty rotations and on-call coverage.
