Job summary

Morada Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to support our aging communities. The role focuses on coordinating resident care needs, maintaining required logs, and ensuring compliance with policy and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid or Qualified Medication Aid certification.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification.
• First Aid Certification.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains staffing and scheduling in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Performs daily filing of resident records and ensures documentation is complete and signed where required.
• Reviews medication orders and ensures proper transcription and timely administration under supervision.
• Conducts or coordinates training for new care staff and medication technicians.
• Assists with physician visits scheduling and transportation arrangements for residents.
• Ensures resident rights are protected and maintains thorough 24-hour shift reports.
• Performs memory care room safety checks and monthly MAR reconciliations.
• Supports the Director of Health & Wellness with audits, logs, and compliance tasks.

Education

Certified Nurse’s Aid certification/Qualified Medication Aid certification

High School diploma/GED

Must be 18 years of age

CPR Certification

First Aid Certification

Previous experience working with seniors preferred
