Job summary

Cedarhurst Living in Missouri is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join our nursing team. You will deliver, coordinate, and evaluate resident care under physician orders and individualized service plans, while aligning with regulatory standards and safety practices.

In this role, you will lead care staff, participate in care plan reviews, administer medications, document care, and communicate with residents, families, physicians, and leadership to ensure compassionate, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services in accordance with nurse practice acts and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to guide care staff.
• Review and revise assessments and care plans at admission and as conditions change.
• Administer and document medications following the five rights.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and nutrition needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and leadership.
