Job summary

Homestead of El Dorado is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care in a senior living setting. Daily pay is highlighted as an added benefit for employees.

The RCC will work under the general supervision of the Executive Director, reviewing and enforcing policies for total patient care, and monitoring compliance with state and federal regulations to protect resident rights and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities

• Review and supervise compliance with policies pertaining to total patient care, including meal service, activities, housekeeping and laundry, personnel and public relations under directives from the Executive Director.
• Monitor personal and staff compliance with all state and federal regulations including bloodborne pathogens, infection control, hazardous materials, resident rights and other applicable areas.
• Assist residents with admission and assure compliance with all State and Federal requirements regarding admission, to include initial Advance Directives, Resident Rights information, and assessments as required.
• Provide care and compassion to foster the resident’s physical and emotional well-being.
