As RCC, you will work under the Executive Director to review policies, monitor compliance, assist with admissions, and ensure resident rights are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Review and supervise compliance with policies pertaining to total patient care.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations (infection control, bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials).
• Assist residents with admission and ensure compliance with State and Federal requirements regarding admission.
