Job summary

Homestead of Kingfisher is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to lead our nursing team. The RCC must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and will supervise patient care policies and regulatory compliance.

Under the Executive Director, the RCC will monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, assist with admissions, and provide compassionate care to support residents' well-being. Daily pay is available!

Qualifications

• LPN license/certificate required.
• Experience supervising nursing care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and supervise adherence to policies for total patient care and staff guidance under the Executive Director.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations including infection control and resident rights.
• Assist residents with admissions and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Provide care and compassion to support residents' physical and emotional well-being.

As an RCC, you will work under the general supervision of the Executive Director to:

• Review and supervise compliance with policies pertaining to total patient care, including but not limited to meal service, activities, housekeeping and laundry, personnel and public relations under specific directives from the Executive Director. Explain policies to staff and other concerned parties.
• Monitor personal and staff compliance with all state and federal regulations including bloodborne pathogens, infection control, hazardous materials, resident rights and other applicable areas.
• Assist residents with admission and assure compliance with all State and Federal requirements regarding admission, to include but limit to initial Advance Directives, Resident Rights information, and assessments as required.
• Provide care and compassion to foster the resident’s physical and emotional well-being
