Rancho Vista Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to join our care team in Vista, CA. You will support the Resident Services Director by coordinating care, maintaining accurate health records, and ensuring smooth daily operations to enhance resident wellbeing.

You will monitor health status, organize schedules for Personal Care Assistants, manage medication records, and serve as a liaison between residents, families and healthcare providers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification and current First Aid/CPR.
• Experience in an assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain resident health records and documentation.
• Coordinate Personal Care Assistant schedules and daily assignments.
• Monitor medication management and records.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and staff.
• Ensure HIPAA compliant confidential records and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
