Zusammenfassung

Reo Vista Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan. You will support residents with daily living activities, prepare them for tests, and help maintain a safe, comfortable unit.

The role includes identifying residents, following care plans, and reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor promptly. CPR is preferred, with attention to confidentiality and quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR is preferred

Aufgaben

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristbands or photo IDs, and ensure correct resident identification.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care to support comfort and safety.
• Assist residents with preparing for medical tests and transporting between areas as needed.
