Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement care plans and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Respond promptly to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms.
• Develop caring rapport, promote independence, and support self-care.
• Deliver care according to individual service plans.
• Maintain accurate care records and complete incident reports.
• Follow safety and infection control policies, promote a clean and safe environment, and assist with community cleanliness.
• Report concerns to ensure resident safety and comfort.
