Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to lead and oversee Assisted Living, Terrace Club and Reminiscence neighborhoods. You will drive high-quality, resident-centered care through service planning, team leadership, and collaboration with clinical partners.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating Service Plans, scheduling staff, coordinating with the Resident Care Director, and ensuring timely communication with families and providers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams in senior living settings
• Ability to develop service plans and coordinate care with clinical partners
• Strong communication with residents' families and external providers
• Budget management, scheduling, and staff coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of assigned neighborhood(s) in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards
• Participate in resident evaluations and develop Service Plans
• Create staffing schedules and daily care assignments based on resident needs
• Lead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director when clinical support is needed
• Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure timely communication with families and providers
• Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience
• Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements
• Manage department budget, labor and expenses
• Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members
• Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagement

Pay Range: 55,328.00 - 73,840.00
