Sunrise Senior Living in California seeks a Resident Care Coordinator to lead the daily operations of assigned neighborhoods, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care in collaboration with clinical partners.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing service plans, scheduling staff, coordinating move-ins, and communicating with families. You will coach the care team to uphold Sunrise standards and manage budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience
• Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements
• Manage department budget, labor and expenses
• Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members
• Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagement

Pay Range:

70,720.00 - 91,676.00
