Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead care team operations and deliver resident-centered care. You will recruit, hire and develop staff, oversee scheduling and daily timekeeping, and coordinate with clinical teams to assess and plan resident care.

The role requires 1+ year in assisted living or healthcare and supervisory experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency with care systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills; knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews.
• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood.
• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution.
• Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs.
• Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations.
• Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency.

Pay Range:

80,170.00 - 100,212.50
