Job summary

Chateau Retirement Communities in Bothell, WA is seeking a Memory Care Resident Care Coordinator to support resident care conferences, billing, staffing, and records. You will work closely with care teams to ensure smooth operations and resident well-being.

Reporting to the Memory Care Nurse Manager, you will help manage onboarding, training, and ongoing staff education while ensuring compliance with Washington Assisted Living regulations and Chateau policies.

Qualifications

• Current Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Experience with billing and scheduling systems (Yardi, Paycom or similar software preferred).
• Experience with older adults or in senior living preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Washington Assisted Living regulations is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, compassionate, and service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care conferences and collaborate with residents, families, nurses, caregivers, and other departments.
• Manage monthly resident billing, long-term care insurance billing, and respond to billing inquiries.
• Create, maintain, and adjust caregiver schedules while helping ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Maintain resident records, care documentation, and caregiver task sheets.
• Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing education for care staff.
• Order and manage care supplies, resident pendants, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate new resident admissions with the Marketing team.
• Help ensure compliance with Washington State Assisted Living regulations and Chateau policies.
• Support the Health Services Director and Memory Care Nurse Manager with administrative projects and daily department operations.
