Job summary

River Terrace Memory Care, our community located in Oregon City, OR, has a current opening for a Resident Care Coordinator. This full-time position focuses on leading care staff and coordinating resident services to provide exceptional, person-centered care for seniors.

Caring Places Management seeks candidates with at least three years of lead Medication Aide experience, who can pass a background check and demonstrate strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check.
• Minimum three years experience as a lead Medication Aide or related position.
• Respect residents' privacy and rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to provide leadership/instruction in all resident care functions.
• Ability to provide ADL assistance and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of State ALF/RCF OARs.

Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Minimum three years experience as a lead Medication Aide or related position
• Must be able to respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and have a clear understanding of residents’ rights
• Must be adept at all skills necessary to provide ADL in service to care staff, including: the ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and the ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach
• Must have outstanding written and oral skills
• Must have the ability to provide leadership/instruction in all resident care functions
• Must possess a working, current knowledge of State ALF/RCF OARs
