Job summary

Chateau Retirement is seeking a caregiver to join our Lynnwood, WA team. This on-call position offers hourly pay and opportunities to contribute to resident well-being and daily living activities.

The role requires an active HCA/CNA license, the ability to communicate in English, and CPR/First Aid certification. Prior experience with elderly care is a plus, and Chateau supports you with a people‑first culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active HCA/CNA license is required.
• Experience with elderly care is a plus.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certificate required or Chateau will arrange if not current.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping as outlined in care plan.
• Document all ADL services provided.
• Answer pendant calls promptly and take appropriate action.
• Escort residents to meals and activities as assigned.

A Day in the Life

Requirements
