Job summary

Caring Places Management in Oregon City is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator for our River Terrace Memory Care community. This full-time role supports seniors, coordinating care services, and ensuring compassionate, high-quality daily living.

Wage starts at $28+ per hour DOE; benefits include health/dental/vision, telehealth, 401K, and generous PTO. You must pass background checks and have at least three years as a lead Medication Aide or related position.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Minimum three years experience as a lead Medication Aide or related position.
• Must respect residents' privacy and confidentiality.
• Ability to provide ADL in service to care staff, including lifting up to 50 pounds and bending/stooping/reaching.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must provide leadership in all resident care functions.
• Working knowledge of State ALF/RCF OARs.

Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Minimum three years experience as a lead Medication Aide or related position
• Must be able to respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and have a clear understanding of residents’ rights
• Must be adept at all skills necessary to provide ADL in service to care staff, including: the ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and the ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach
• Must have outstanding written and oral skills
• Must have the ability to provide leadership/instruction in all resident care functions
• Must possess a working, current knowledge of State ALF/RCF OARs
