Job summary

PACS Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with care plans. The role emphasizes safety, documentation accuracy, and compassionate patient interaction.

The CNA will identify residents, assist with daily activities, support transfers, and maintain a warm, supportive environment in a nursing facility setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Language Skills: ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• CPR certification preferred (from qualifications)

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands/photos.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts in an informative manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility as needed.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations.
