Job summary

Bridge Senior Living LLC is hiring Care Associates in Massachusetts to provide compassionate, individualized care to our residents across all shifts (7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM). You will assist with activities of daily living, transfers, and memory care activities while building meaningful connections in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CNA or HHA in applicable state.
• First Aid & CPR Certified.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs while making meaningful connections.
• Provide safe transferring and assistance with personal hygiene.
• Memory care stimulation and social interaction with residents.
• Contribute to a positive environment residents are proud to call home.
