Bridge Senior Living LLC is hiring a Care Associate to deliver compassionate personal care and support to residents in daily activities. You will assist with ADLs, memory care activities, and social interactions, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

The ideal candidate provides compassionate, patient-focused service, maintains a safe and welcoming environment, and helps residents stay connected with meaningful activities and community life.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CNA or HHA certification in applicable state.
• First Aid & CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while making meaningful connections with each Resident.
• Provide safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction.
• Exhibit a passion for serving seniors while contributing to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home.
