Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents. This role includes non-certified routine services under supervision, focusing on comfort, safety, and quality of life.

You will assist with daily living activities, meal service, housekeeping, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents’ well-being in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living (hygiene, incontinence care, bathing and grooming).
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room and tray delivery.
• Responds promptly to residents' call lights.
• Checks on residents who cannot call for help.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (hydration, positioning).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities per state guidelines.
