Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate to provide general non-certified routine services for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living residents. The role includes support with daily living activities, meal service, and resident comfort under supervision.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED/HSE and 0–1 years of relevant experience. Located at US-MI-Commerce, the Westlake Health Campus site offers comprehensive Thrive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Answers residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (e.g., check sitting position, hydration passing).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.

Education
