Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate to assist our Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents with general non-certified routine services under supervision.

You will help with daily living activities, housekeeping, laundry, meal service, and resident well-being, while collaborating with clinical staff to maintain a caring and safe home environment for our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene, incontinence care, bathing, and grooming.
• Assists with meal service activities such as transportation to dining room and tray delivery.
• Answers residents' call lights promptly and checks on those unable to call for help.
• Supports residents' comfort by assisting clinical staff with hydration and positioning.
• Performs personal care tasks in accordance with state guidelines under supervision.
