The Langford Retirement Community in College Station, TX is hiring a full-time Resident Care Assistant. Hours are 7am-7pm with rotating weekends.

You will work as part of a team to deliver exceptional care in a household setting and help provide a quality dining experience and meaningful activities aligned with residents’ daily living. The role emphasizes engaging residents mentally and emotionally, supporting memory-care programming, and helping residents reclaim a sense of community life.

Qualifications

• Texas CNA certification preferred or memory unit experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Willingness to learn computer skills.
• Experience with aging population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care in a household environment.
• Assist with the delivery of an overall dining experience and collaborative programming.
• Maintain and manage residents' personal living spaces.
