MRC Creekside in Huntsville, TX is seeking a Resident Care Assistant for day shift to support residents in a home-like setting. You will work on a team to provide compassionate care and help maintain a pleasant dining and activity environment.

Responsibilities include facilitating programming that mirrors normal life activities, keeping living spaces and routines organized, and fostering social engagement to enhance community life for residents.

Formación

• Texas Certified Nurse Assistant certification preferred and/or memory unit experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
• Experience with aging population and ability to learn computer skills.
