The responsibilities include assisting with personal care, supporting mealtime, and monitoring residents' conditions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a direct caregiving role preferred.
• Must be able to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 35 lbs.
• Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (ADLs) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated.
• Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
• Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked.
• Respond quickly to call lights with kindness.
• Report any changes in conditions to leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality while delivering care.

Skills

Schedule: Full time | 40 hours/week | 2:30pm-11pm | Weekend & Holiday Rotation, Required | No Scheduling Mandation

Shift Premiums: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm $1.00 | 10:31 pm - 7:00 am $0.75 | Weekend (Fri 10:31 pm - Sun 11:00 pm) $1.00
