Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality daily living assistance to residents in Hershey, PA. The role includes helping with activities of daily living, housekeeping, and responding to calls or emergencies while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, completion of an approved PCA program, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Approved Personal Care Aide program completion required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as directed.
• Respond promptly to calls and emergencies and document status.
• Support residents during meals, activities, and move-in transitions.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow policies.
