Job summary

CIEL Leesburg LLC is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, personal care, meals, and recreational programming while ensuring comfort and safety. You will document care provided and maintain accurate records in accordance with company standards.

Strong English language skills are required. CNAs preferred; CPR certification preferred. This position requires adherence to infection control practices and participation in training sessions as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA/CNA certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of the English language for reading, writing and interpreting administrative information.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and meals.
• Document care provided and update records as required.
• Follow care plans and report changes to Wellness Leadership.
• Maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere and ensure resident dignity.
• Attend all staff meetings and training as scheduled.
