Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Support meal service and monitoring of residents during meals.
• Document care provided and update records.
• Maintain a calm atmosphere and respect residents' independence.
• Attend trainings and department meetings.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Wellness Director.
