Job summary

Ciel Nona Lakes LLC is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and comfort needs in a senior living setting. You will assist with personal care, meals, and recreational activities while maintaining accurate records and complying with standards.

The role requires good English communication, ability to follow care plans, and willingness to participate in training. This is an on-site position with opportunities for ongoing learning and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA/CNA (Preferred).
• CPR Certification (Preferred).
• Must have strong understanding of the English language sufficient to read, write and interpret administrative information.

Responsibilities

• Supports the care team by assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Monitors and reports changes in residents' condition to Wellness Leadership.
• Serves meals and helps with dining and mealtime equipment.
• Maintains accurate records and documents care provided.
• Assists with light housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
• Attends staff meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
