• Document care provided and update records accurately.
• Assist residents with meals and daily activities as scheduled.
• Maintain cleanliness and laundry tasks for the unit and residents.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and follow chain of command under Wellness Director.
• Monitor residents and report changes to Wellness Leadership.
