Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and basic daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with meals and hygiene tasks as part of daily care plan.
• Support recreational activities and life enrichment programs.
• Maintain clean and safe environment, assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Document care provided and report changes to Wellness Leadership.
• Attend training and department meetings as scheduled.
• Follow infection control and safety policies and procedures.
• Support residents’ rights and dignity at all times.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
