Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA/CNA preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Support mission and promote the organization's culture.
• Follow daily plan of care and document care provided.
• Assist residents with meals and daily activities.
• Monitor residents and report changes to Wellness Leadership.
• Maintain accurate records using the LMS/records systems.
• Attend meetings and training as scheduled.
• Ensure infection control and safety policies are followed.
