Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents under supervision, following care plans and facility policies. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, vital signs, and hydration, while ensuring resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include documenting care accurately, greeting residents warmly, and maintaining privacy and confidentiality of health information.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow care plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents with wristband and administer care per plan.
• Record entries accurately in charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nursing Supervisor.
• Maintain resident rooms and privacy, ensuring comfort.
• Assist with daily activities and meals.
• Escort residents and support transfers between rooms.
